Heather Schultz

Heather Schultz has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Heather began their career at Spherion, where they held multiple roles including On-Premise Manager and Branch Manager. During this time, they focused on client satisfaction, employee retention, business development, and implementing effective recruiting strategies.

In 2010, Heather joined the USO as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, where they managed the recruitment cycle, developed talent pipelines, and worked closely with HR leaders to improve recruiting practices.

From 2014 to 2016, Heather worked at PeopleMatter as a Corporate Recruiter, leading full life cycle recruitment efforts and establishing strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Heather then moved to Snag, where they served as the Snagger Services Manager from 2016 to 2019. In this role, Heather oversaw daily HR operations, supported multiple office locations, and collaborated with the executive team on organizational goals and HR programs.

In 2019, Heather joined Accountfully as the Human Resources Director, responsible for managing personnel, implementing HR programs aligned with business objectives, and overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management.

Most recently, in 2023, they joined BM Technologies, Inc. (BMTX) as the Director of People Operations.

Heather Schultz attended Juniata College from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Heather also has a certification as a Talent Acquisition Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
