James Chan

James Chan is the Founder of JMC Strategic Advisory, aiming to help fund managers and CEOs achieve their financial objectives. With experience in public accounting, Fortune 500 companies, hypergrowth start-ups, and corporate venture capital, James also serves as the Chief Financial Officer in various companies such as Bow Capital, BankTech Ventures, Breakout Ventures, Lineate, First Spark Ventures, The F Suite, Finix, Sabio School of Software Engineering, and DiDi. Additionally, James holds a BA/BS in Business Economics/Physiological Science from UCLA and an MS in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.
