Roberts has over 30 years of experience in security and investigation roles, currently serving as AVP Corporate Investigator and Physical Security Manager at BankUnited since October 2006. Prior experience includes a position as Regional Investigator at Colonial Bank from October 2005 to October 2006 and as a Police Officer with the Toronto Police Service from May 1989 to December 2004. Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from York University, obtained between 1987 and 1989, and an educational background in forestry from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where studies took place from 1984 to 1987. Early education was completed at Scarlett Heights Collegiate Institute from 1982 to 1984.
