Simon Thomas

Simon Thomas has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning at Bankwest since July 2021. Prior to this role, Simon held positions such as Executive Manager of Business Banking Learning at Commonwealth Bank and Principal Learning Advisory at BHP. Simon's career includes significant roles at Bankwest focusing on learning transformation, as well as leadership positions at Jaguar Land Rover, Carillion, Accenture, Homeserve GB, Vodafone, and T-Mobile UK. Simon holds a BA Hons in English Literature & Language from The University of Salford and has additional training from the University of the West of England.
