Tami Combs

Tami Combs is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Banner Engineering since February 2012, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources - Corporate and International. Tami has held multiple positions within the company, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Operations Manager, overseeing compliance with regulations, employee relations, recruitment, and benefit administration. Prior to Banner Engineering, Tami worked at Minnesota Gastroenterology, P.A. as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing, job description development, and recruiting effectiveness analysis. Tami's career began at Minnesota School of Business as a High School Coordinator, delivering motivational presentations to promote the institution. Tami holds a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences - Nutrition and Dietetics from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Lincoln Community College.
