Tera Phillips

Tera Phillips is an experienced sales professional with a robust background in sales management and leadership. Currently serving as an Area Sales Manager at Banner Engineering since April 2021, Tera previously held positions as Sales Manager and Sales Representative at SMC from September 2005 to April 2021, with a focus on outside sales for car projects. Tera's early experience includes serving as a Resident Advisor at Bowling Green State University, overseeing the needs of over 40 students, and as a Crew Leader at Arby's Restaurant Group, managing staff and operations. Tera holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
