David Cain

David Cain has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David started their career as a Warehouse Employee and IT Support at Herbert L Flake Co, LTD & South Shore Distribution LLC in 1994. David later took on roles as a Controller/IT Manager and then as a Contract Developer at the same company. In 2009, they moved to Spring Branch ISD as a Web Service Director before transitioning to Herbert L Flake Co, LTD as the Chief Information Officer in 2011. David then became the Chief Administration Officer at Hebert L Flake Co; LLC in 2015. Currently, they hold the position of SVP of Operational Excellence at Banner Solutions since April 2021.

David Cain completed their education at the University of Houston. From 1994 to 1997, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science. Following that, they went on to earn a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Houston, graduating in 2001.
