CJ Oltman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, design, and user experience. As Co-Founder and CEO of BannerWave since August 2015, CJ Oltman focuses on developing premium advertising experiences in an increasingly noisy digital landscape. CJ Oltman has also served as a Preferred Digital Partner for GreenSock since June 2013, contributing to innovative web animation tools. Previous roles include Partner and Director of Creative & Strategy at Waterfall Media, User Experience Designer at Privoro, and various design positions at firms such as AlphaZeta Interactive, Dean Media, and Straight North. CJ Oltman began the career with a role as a Designer at Publications International and a Warehouseman position at DTI Warehouse.
