Eva Aspgren has extensive experience in service management and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Service Manager at Banqsoft since August 2014. Responsibilities include ensuring delivery according to agreements and coordinating customer operational activities. Prior roles at Banqsoft include Partner Manager for Operational Services and Application Operations Manager, leading a team of 14 in managing the View21 application system suite. Eva previously worked at Time Care AB as Manager of Customer Support and Hosted Operations for the Nordics, where significant improvements in customer satisfaction were achieved. Earlier experiences include IT support and administration roles at Hannover Re Group and WM-data. Education was completed at Arlanda gymnasium from 1997 to 1999.
