Hamse Warfa

Hamse Warfa is a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of State and the Co-Founder, Executive Vice President of BanQu Inc, a blockchain-as-a-service software company. Hamse previously worked as the Deputy Commissioner at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development and founded Tayo Consulting Group. Hamse has also held roles at Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies, Alliance Healthcare Foundation, and Horn of Africa Community in North America. Hamse holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Administration from Hamline University and has Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
