Iris Bauer

Iris Bauer is a PRINCE2® certified Project Manager specializing in Service Provider Implementation and Relationship Management. They have managed international EDI and eInvoicing projects at Banqup Group since 2021, focusing on enhancing customer experience through structured project management and operational efficiency. Previously, Iris held roles at Tradeshift, where they drove interoperability projects, and at Carestream, where they coordinated field service operations. They earned a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of Bucharest and are currently based near Zürich, building skills toward Service Delivery Management.
