Bantare Impact Group was founded on the belief that communities, knowledge, systems and leadership already exist across West and Central Africa and are the most powerful drivers of transformation.

At Bantare Impact Group (BIG), we work within existing systems, movements and governments to drive system-level change across child protection, gender equality, and social protection. Our approach is cross-sectoral (governance, education, public health, climate action & sustainability, and peace, security & social cohesion) and collaborative as we support institutions and partners in navigating complex social dynamics and designing policies that respond to real-world realities. Our team brings regional expertise, cross-sector networks, and a commitment to African-led solutions that are rigorous, relational, and built to last.
