Elton Mata

Elton Mata has extensive experience in talent management and recruitment across several prominent organizations. From October 2015 to April 2022, Elton served as Analista de Gestión del Talento at Centros Hospitalarios La Paz, where responsibilities included candidate management and recruitment support. Prior to this role, Elton worked as Asisten de selección de personal at Banco GyT Continental from May 2010 to May 2013, focusing on candidate processes and interview support, and as Auxiliar de selección de personal at Banco Industrial Guatemala from October 2013 to October 2015, where duties involved field recruitment and candidate information management. Currently, since June 2022, Elton holds the position of Analista II de Inducción at Bantrab. Elton completed education at Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, earning a degree focused on human rights with a completion status in 2016.
