Ehsan Attar

Ehsan Attar has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Ehsan started their career in 2006 as an Intermediate Electrical Engineer at Shargan Consulting Engineers Co and then moved on to work as an Electrical Engineer at Soroush Energy Pooya Consulting Co from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they joined SNC-Lavalin as an Electrical Engineer-In-Training, where they were involved in various projects such as a feasibility study for a potash mine and the design of electrical components for surface facilities. Ehsan worked at SNC-Lavalin until 2013.

Following that, Ehsan worked at FAM as an Electrical Engineer from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for tasks such as load list preparation, cable sizing, and lighting design. Ehsan then joined Vista Projects as an Electrical Engineer in 2017 and worked there until 2018.

From 2018 to 2023, Ehsan worked at Hatch Bantrel JV as an Electrical Engineer, gaining further experience in the field. Currently, they are employed at Bantrel Co. as the Deputy Discipline Chief Electrical, a role they started in 2023.

Throughout their career, Ehsan has acquired skills in detailed design, feasibility studies, electrical deliverable preparation, and the use of various software for simulations and power distribution.

Ehsan Attar completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Azad University (IAU) between the years 2001 and 2005. In December 2016, they obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
