Bantu Vegan makes Tanzanian, small-batch essentials for daily life: skincare you actually finish, pantry staples you actually use, and (soon) slow farm stays that bring you closer to the work behind the product.

We’re building this business in the “middle” of the chain —working farms, real processing constraints, real delivery logistics —and designing systems that can hold up under them. That includes seasonal batches, careful production, and a traceability pathway we’re building toward from shamba to shelf.

Today, our range includes cold-process soaps, shampoo bars, body care, and pantry staples and snacks. We operate 50 acres across mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar, with 30 acres currently in production. A cosmetics micro-factory is coming online in Dar es Salaam, and two FarmBnBs are under construction in Fukayosi (Bagamoyo) and Zanzibar.
