Janes Riechmann

Janes Riechmann has a wide range of professional experience in various industries. Janes began their career in 2017 as a Management Consultant for HPP Strategy and Marketing Consulting, where they developed and adapted measures to increase revenues in the technical accessories and collection business for a German premium car manufacturer. In 2018, they worked for Lufthansa Group as a Process Management and BPO Steering in Procurement, where they were responsible for assessing, analyzing, and recommending future delivery models, leading supplier negotiations, KPI reporting and performance monitoring, and redesigning and reorganizing cluster commodity groups. Janes also worked as a Consultant for Católica & Consulting Linked, where they worked on a strategic project for an internationally leading SaaS company. In 2019, they joined Mercedes-Benz Financial (Malaysia) as a Finance & Controlling professional, collaborating with the CFO, Controlling Manager, and Portfolio & Pricing Manager. Currently, Janes Riechmann is a Senior Product Manager for Banxware.

Janes Riechmann completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business from the University of Groningen between 2014 and 2017. During this time, they also completed a semester abroad at Seoul National University in the College of Business Administration in 2016. In 2018, they went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Management with Specialization in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, which they completed in 2020. During their time at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, Janes Riechmann was also awarded the Dean's Honors List in August 2019. Additionally, they were a Member of Lufthansa Group Talent Hub in June 2018.
