Patrick Finamore, CPA, is currently an Associate and Manager in M&A at Banyan Software. Previously, Patrick held roles at BDO Canada and Fraser Mackenzie Merchant Capital, as well as a position as a Business/Project Analyst at Bayer in 2015. Patrick has extensive experience in middle market M&A advisory and financial due diligence through their work in Transaction Advisory Services. A graduate of the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, Patrick is also pursuing further qualifications with CPA Canada.
