Robin Helmschrott

Robin Helmschrott has extensive experience in corporate development and M&A, currently serving as a Manager at Banyan Software since 2025. Previously, Robin held positions such as Senior Consultant at Baker Tilly Germany and Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in M&A advisory and commercial due diligence. Robin has also worked in strategy consulting for MHP – A Porsche Company and private equity consulting with K&P Strategy Consultants. In addition to their corporate roles, Robin served as Head of Administration for the Youth Academy at FC Augsburg 1907 GmbH & Co. KGaA and has a strong foundation in business education, holding a Bachelor of Science from Universität Bayreuth, a Master of Arts from Hochschule Augsburg, and a Master of Science from ESCE International Business School.
