Tom Prendiville

Tom Prendiville is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director of Legal for Portfolio Companies at Banyan Software since May 2023. In this role, Tom provides strategic counsel and support on operations, corporate governance, and commercial contracting for a diverse range of software companies across North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to this position, Tom was Legal Counsel for Ada, where responsibilities included spearheading commercial negotiations and streamlining legal operations, and at Bold Commerce, where Tom played a crucial role in a $35 million CAD Series B financing round and developed a contract standard playbook. Earlier experience includes negotiating commercial contracts and advising on corporate governance at Pollard Banknote Limited. Tom holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Political Science and Government from Western University, supplemented by studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
