Javier Timerman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in foreign exchange trading and emerging markets. Currently, Javier serves as a Managing Partner at AdCap since 2009 and at Banza since 2019. Previously, Javier held significant roles at The Bear Stearns Companies, LLC from 1993 to 2008, where responsibilities included Sr. Managing Director & Head of FX Trading and Co-head of Emerging Markets Fixed Income. Additional experience includes positions as Senior FX Trader at Lehman Brothers from 1988 to 1993 and at UBS from 1986 to 1988. Javier holds a Master's degree in International Finance from Columbia University.
