Not to blow our own horn but did you know that we make all our Bao buns from scratch? Yes, that's true! We take our buns to the spa and pamper our Gua Baos until they naturally reach their fluffy potential. They’re kneaded, they're rested and they’re steamed twice to perfection.

We're a team of food-obsessed hospitality professionals, infatuated with Gua Baos, those fluffy buns, and the infinite combination of mouth-watering, lip-smacking ingredients.

We scour the world to track the most exciting flavour combinations, happenings and technological advances to bring home only the best of our notes in one explosively immersive and seamless experience.

If you had amazing baos in Geneva, it was probably ours..
