More than a restaurant, Baobab Fare is a gathering space where all are welcome and embraced. Baobab Fare is an East African restaurant offering food that honors traditional dishes served in Burundi, the birthplace of husband-and-wife owners Nadia Nijimbere and Hamissi Mamba. In addition to the restaurant, they own Waka street food, and Soko market. Soko is an East African market that shares and uplifts East African culture. African art is creative, colorful, and beautiful. We want to share that beauty and creativity with the world. Shipping is available nationwide for our entire collection.
