Bing Chen is currently an advisor at Baobab Studios. Prior to that, they were the global head of creator development and management at YouTube. Bing was also previously with AU Holdings and Gold House.

Chen has been recognized as a top performer at Google, with 3 promotions in 4 years, 8 Global Platinum Awards (highest honor), 12 Gold and Silver Awards, 4 Team Awards, and 50+ Peer Recognition Awards. Bing has also been awarded the YouTube Hero Award (top 8 business-critical efforts globally).

At YouTube, Chen was responsible for driving the creation and development of the global digital creator ecosystem. Bing managed the global creator program strategy with 50+ cross-functional leads representing 50 teams around the world, serving 300+ million creative partners. Bing also co-led the expansion and evolution of the YouTube Partner Program, YouTube's comprehensive suite of services for creators, resulting in 100x increase in number of monetizing channels and 3MM new creators in the first year of launch.

In addition, Chen co-created and co-launched YouTube's marquee talent incubation program that has launched over 30x. Bing has also led YouTube's original investments in key industry engagements including VidCon and DigiTour. Bing has also supported the launch of YouTube Fanfest.

Bing Chen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing & Literature, Psychology, and Interactive Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania. Bing then pursued Executive Education in Marketing at The Wharton School. Finally, they attended Aliso Niguel High School.
