Saer Dial has extensive experience in customer experience management and call center operations, currently serving as the Responsable expérience client at Baobab+ since June 2018. Key responsibilities include implementing software solutions for activity management, recruiting and training sales advisors, and analyzing performance data for optimization. Prior to Baobab+, Saer held roles at TNT BY EXCAF and PCCI GROUP, where responsibilities included managing call center departments, coaching supervisors, driving productivity, and overseeing strategic planning for business unit performance. Saer began a career in sales and administrative support with early roles in commercial advising and administrative assistance, complemented by a Master’s degree in Marketing/Commerce from the International Business School.
