Shawn Arch

Shawn Arch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, manufacturing, and insurance. Currently serving as a Product Manager at BAPI since May 2017, Shawn previously worked as an Insurance Agent at Bankers Life, licensed in Wisconsin for various insurance products. With extensive experience at S&S Cycle, Inc. from 2002 to 2016, Shawn held multiple leadership roles, including Operations Engineering Manager, Director of Manufacturing, Plant Manager, and Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing engineering teams, production operations, and maintenance activities. Earlier experience includes a role as Manufacturing Engineer at BUNN and military service in the U.S. Army in various capacities, including Senior Engineer Observer/Controller-Trainer and Logistics Officer. Educational achievements include a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
