Gary Racine is an experienced operations executive with over 20 years in the field, currently serving as the General Manager of Aged Care at Baptcare, where they lead a dedicated team to provide high-quality care services to over 7,000 older Australians annually. Previously, Gary held significant positions including Chief Operating Officer at Kordia Solutions, where they were responsible for a $200 million operations business, and General Manager of various units at Transfield Services.
