Scott Higgins

Scott Higgins is a seasoned IT professional with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as the Cyber Governance Manager at Baptcare. They recently completed a Master's degree in Cyber Security, focusing on Governance, Policy, Ethics, and Law. Previously, Scott held various roles, including Manager IT and Digital Services at the Law Institute of Victoria, where they achieved significant reductions in infrastructure spending and implemented cybersecurity systems. Scott has also contributed to educational governance as a board member for both Fountain Gate Secondary College and Oatlands Primary School.
