Rae Blackledge is the Head of Engagement and Quality of Life at Baptistcare NSW and ACT, where they focus on creating supportive environments for aged care residents. With a background that includes roles as a Diversional Therapist and Lifestyle Manager at Anglican Retirement Villages, Rae developed innovative programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents. Previously serving as Residential Manager at Catholic Healthcare, they successfully achieved complete accreditation for their facility. Rae is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Health Science at Charles Sturt University.
