Simon Head

Simon Head has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Simon started their career as an intern at the European Space Agency in 2014 and later pursued an internship at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) in 2015. In 2013, Simon worked as a tutor at SRH Hochschule Heidelberg. In 2018, they joined Safran Engineering Services as an HR Business Partner and also worked as a working student before leaving in early 2021. From February to August 2021, Simon served as an HR Manager at P&M Agentur Software & Consulting GmbH, and then transitioned to the role of Head of People & Culture until January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People / HR at Baqend since January 2023.

Simon Head's education history begins with their Abitur degree in English Language and Literature from Schuldorf Bergstraße, which they earned from 2002 to 2012. Simon then went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Psychology at SRH Hochschule Heidelberg from 2012 to 2015.
