Bar ’n’ Bus Trust is a Christian charity dedicated to supporting the holistic wellbeing of young people across Essex through professional, community-based youth work. We exist to create safe, welcoming, and inclusive spaces where young people feel heard, valued, and empowered to step into the fullness of the life God has given them.

Through detached youth work, in-school support, group programmes, and mobile youth work, we provide personal support, practical opportunities, and transformative experiences that help young people build confidence, resilience, and life skills. Our work responds directly to the needs of the local community, ensuring every young person, regardless of background, has access to opportunities to thrive.

We work in partnership with schools, churches, families, and local organisations to make a lasting difference, guided by our values of faith, inclusivity, empowerment, creativity, partnership, and safety. At Bar ’n’ Bus Trust, we believe every young person has purpose, potential, and the ability to flourish when supported, encouraged, and celebrated.
