Founded in 1970 as an automotive textile manufacturer, Baran A.S. has evolved into a leading producer of injection molds, plastic components, sun blinds, textile assemblies, sliding window systems, and PVC doors. Today, we supply a wide range of high-quality interior components and systems for on- and off-highway vehicles.

Baran A.S. is a supplier that operates as an OEM parts manufacturer, delivering customer-specific solutions rather than mass-market products. Our vertically integrated structure and broad production capabilities allow us to act as a reliable, agile, and value-adding development partner.

A major portion of our production is carried out in-house, including:

• Injection mold manufacturing
• Plastic injection molding
• Plastic painting and surface finishing
• Textile production (roller blinds, shifter boots, document bags, tool pouches, storage nets)
• High-frequency welding for PVC door manufacturing
• Metal cutting, bending, welding, and metal coating
• Sliding window system production, including metal frame fabrication and glass assembly
• Assembly and system integration

This integrated approach ensures faster development cycles, consistent quality, and efficient manufacturing processes, while reducing the need for multiple suppliers.

Innovation and continuous improvement guide our way of working. With modern CNC machining centers, high-tonnage injection molding machines, automated paint lines, and advanced measurement systems, we operate with a well-equipped and steadily developing machinery park. To keep pace with evolving customer needs, we consistently invest in new technologies and production capacity.

We define ourselves as an “innovative solutions factory.” With our multidisciplinary capabilities in plastics, textile, metal, HF welding, and system assembly, we deliver functional, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for various vehicle platforms. Our flexibility and problem-solving culture support strong, long-term partnerships.
