Keynote Speaker | Changing the Narrative in Construction

Bringing awareness to gender-specific challenges in a way that educates & builds curiosity while providing solutions that lay a foundation for your organization to increase recruitment, advancement, & retention of the most qualified candidates.

I bring a relatable, nonjudgmental approach to the stage, using lived experiences & real-world examples to engage, educate, & motivate audiences. My message resonates with all gender audiences, creating space for understanding, collaboration, & lasting change.

★ Signature Keynotes
✔️ OneLadder® to Entry
I relate the 4 primary challenges women face entering our industry to ladder rungs: Missing, Broken, Sticky & Slippery. I identify these challenges & discuss how we can work together across our industry to eliminate them. Eliminating these 4 challenges will create momentum toward overcoming our current & pending labor shortages.

✔️ OneLadder® to Leadership
I provide simple, powerful imagery that empowers audiences of all genders with the tools necessary to recognize women's gender-specific challenges climbing the ladder to leadership within predominantly male industries. Then, we can begin working together to build OneLadder®, which provides a safe & equitable climb for all to the varying ranks of leadership.

✔️ Who Am I Now? A Journey to Authenticity
Authenticity for women in predominately male industries can be a double-edged sword. Through the years, we lose bits of ourselves, becoming who we need to become to succeed. We struggle to balance our work “persona” & our real selves. There comes a point where we begin to ask…“Who am I?” & “Who do I want to be moving forward?”
