Billy Barnes

Billy Barnes has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades, with roles that include Senior Operations Research Analyst in the United States Air Force, Squadron Commander at the USAF SERE School, Director of Education and Training at USSOCOM, Chief of Partnering at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Senior Operations Research Analyst at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Business Development Executive at Lukos, and finally, Lead Data Scientist for the USSOCOM Data Science Team at Barbaricum. Throughout their career, Billy has demonstrated leadership, analytical expertise, and a strong focus on supporting the warfighter in various capacities.

Billy Barnes completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics at the United States Air Force Academy from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Operations Research at the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
