Barbie’s Bakeshoppe is a Virginia Beach bakery rooted in refined comfort, thoughtful craftsmanship, and community connection.

Founded by longtime baker and business leader Barbie Mallory, the bakeshoppe offers cookies, brownies, muffins, and quick breads inspired by classic recipes and made to elevate everyday moments.

Each dessert reflects a simple belief: the best food doesn’t just taste good — it brings people together, slows time, and makes people feel at home.

Barbie’s Bakeshoppe serves the Virginia Beach community through online ordering and local partnerships, creating desserts designed to be shared and remembered.

Desserts worth coming home for.
