Technology-led customs consultancy. Reduce. Reclaim. Protect.

At Barbourne Brook, we combine deep customs expertise with our proprietary CAT360 software to help businesses take control of their customs landscape.

We work with organisations to reduce unnecessary duty costs, reclaim overpaid customs duty, and protect against compliance risks—ensuring customs is no longer a hidden liability but a source of strategic value.

Our approach is data-driven, but always commercially focused. CAT360 gives us real-time insight into your customs activity, helping us spot inconsistencies, uncover reclaim opportunities, and assess compliance risks at scale. Whether you’re dealing with classification challenges, using special procedures, or navigating preferential trade agreements, we bring clarity and structure.

We don’t just identify the issues—we work alongside you to resolve them. From high-impact reclaim projects to ongoing support and process design, we help businesses embed best-practice customs strategies that boost resilience and improve profit margins.

Our team includes seasoned ex big-4 consultants, former HMRC specialists, and in-house experts at major multinationals. Clients trust us because we’re independent, practical, and focused on long-term outcomes.

If you’re ready to take a proactive approach to customs, we’d love to talk.
