Clark Gale is a VP-level people and operations leader with extensive experience in multi-unit hospitality management and organizational development. Currently, Clark owns Standard Fare Restaurant and Bocage Champagne Bar, while also serving as the Director of Operations at Barcade®. Previous roles include General Manager at Brooklyn Winery and CAFETERIA, where Clark excelled in managing operations and leading cross-functional teams. Clark earned a BS in Music Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
