The Model :
 
Prospective staff members register for free, complete a profile (skills, experience, certificates, etc.), identify when and where they want to work and match themselves to opportunities that venues are posting live. They then work, get rated, and work again-all with a flexible model that requires no commitments.
 
Venues pay a once off fee or a small quarterly fee to access staff when they need them, saving significant time and money. 
 
Sponsors access the total community with additional training, exclusive events, and ability to share brand stories and rituals to build future ambassadors.
