Aileen Edwards

Aileen Edwards currently serves as the Head of Solution Architecture at Barclays since July 2020, having held various leadership roles including Head of Product and Director positions within the company's technology divisions. Aileen's extensive experience in the financial services sector includes significant contributions to Barclays Corporate Banking as the CTO Lead Architect and to JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Solutions Architect and Application Development Manager. Aileen is also a Trustee for the Alex Lewis Float Foundation. Aileen's career began as a Software Application Developer at Mutual & Federal, and Aileen is an alumna of the JP Morgan Expert Engineer programme, showcasing a strong foundation in technology and engineering within banking services.
