Alex Wall

Alex Wall is a Technical Director at Barclays, a position held since 2024, where they lead initiatives in capital issuance and structuring. Prior to this, Alex served in various roles, including Head of Financial Risk & Resource Optimisation at Nationwide Building Society from 2018 to 2020, and Associate Director of ABS Issuance at Lloyds Banking Group from 2012 to 2015. Alex began their career as a Regional Financial Controller at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and later worked as a Capital Markets Associate at Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets. They hold Master’s degrees in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
