Alison Doherty is a leader currently semi-retired, having assumed this role in 2024. Previously, Alison worked at Barclays from 2015 to 2019 in various leadership positions, including Associate Community Banking Director, Market Manager, Area Director, and Deputy Customer Care Director. Alison earned a BA (Hons) in Leadership and Management with First Class honors from A.R.U Cambridge from 2019 to 2021 and is currently pursuing certifications at Sheffield Hallam University. Alison completed O levels at St Helenas Chesterfield from 1982 to 1987.
