Alison Rawling

Alison Rawling is currently the Director of Engineering Service Management at Barclays, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as a Finance Business Partner at Barclays from 2014 to 2018, along with various leadership roles in risk and control finance and service management. Alison began their career at PwC as an Assistant Manager from 2000 to 2004 and later worked at Kellogg Company as a Senior Financial Accountant and Finance Business Partner until 2006. They hold a BA (Hons) in Modern Foreign Languages from the University of Durham, which they completed in 2000, and attended Tarporley High School from 1994 to 1996.
