Andrea Delay

Andrea has worked in Barclays Corporate and Investment Banking for over 30 years and currently co-heads our UK Mid Corporate business with responsibility for over 500 people.

Prior to this role, she was appointed as National Head of Business & Professionals Services industry with responsibility for the national proposition in the UK.

Andrea is on the Gender Steering Committee at Barclays and established the external women’s network for the Corporate bank. She regularly speaks publicly about gender diversity.

Andrea has an MBA from Kingston University.
