Andy Roxburgh has extensive experience in the IT and business analysis sectors, with a career spanning from 1986 to the present. Initial roles included Computer Operator at BSL and Systems Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation/Compaq, progressing through various application packaging positions at companies such as Boots Healthcare International, Britannia Building Society, and Pfizer. As a Senior Onboarding Consultant at Dell, Andy focused on integrating new customers into Dell's Apps Packaging facility. Subsequently, roles evolved into leadership positions, including Team Lead at HBOS plc and Lead IT Business Analyst at GlobalLogic UK&I, with a focus on IT consultancy in the financial sector. Currently, Andy serves as a Senior Change Business Analyst at Barclays, contributing to impactful organizational changes. Andy holds a degree in Music and Business Studies from Salford College of Technology.
