Arshad Ali

Arshad Ali is an experienced professional in the field of systems management and information technology, with a career spanning multiple financial institutions. As Collection Systems/MIS Manager at Dubai Islamic Bank, Arshad established a new "Collections Policy and MIS" Unit and managed the implementation of a Collections & Recoveries system. Subsequent roles at Barclays included Platform Delivery Manager, overseeing collections systems for Southern Europe, and VP-Lead Solution Architect & Designer, leading architectural transformations for Barclays Financial Assistance. Additionally, Arshad held positions at Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays Bank, managing scoring projects and credit risk systems. A foundational experience was gained at United Bank Limited during the implementation of Collection and Recoveries Systems. Arshad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Asia, a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool, and a Master of Computer Sciences from the University of South Asia.
