Ben Davis

Ben Davis is the Managing Director of Operational Risk at Barclays, where they lead global resilience risk initiatives and oversee climate and premises risk. Previously, Ben held various senior roles, including Director of Customer Management Support at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they managed a large team to enhance customer experiences. Ben has also served as Operational Risk Manager in multiple areas within RBS and led the first line risk team at Sainsbury's Bank. With a BA in Business Management from The University of Stirling, Ben has developed significant expertise in risk management and organizational leadership over their career.
