Ben George

Ben George is a Distinguished Engineer at Barclays, specializing in data streaming, machine learning, analytics, big data, and cloud platforms. They have previously held roles as Global Head of Data Engineering at FIS, where they focused on petabyte-scale cloud solutions, and as Architect for the Risk Domain at Klarna, concentrating on real-time fraud detection and credit risk. Ben co-founded several B2C internet e-commerce companies and has been involved in the architecture and implementation of various technology platforms across multiple firms, including Goldman Sachs and Vodafone. They are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Cambridge and a Master's degree in Neural Networks at King's College London, both with distinguished marks.
