Ben Ryan

Ben Ryan is currently the Vice President Controls Rationalisation Manager at Barclays, where their focus is on risk identification and assessment. Since joining Barclays in 2018, they have successfully collaborated with senior leaders to deliver key initiatives and projects while managing significant operational and risk control experiences. Prior to Barclays, Ben worked at RBS from 2005 to 2017 in various roles, including Risk Manager in Controls Services, where they influenced business processes and enhanced risk management practices across the division. They earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting and Information Systems from Leeds Metropolitan University between 2000 and 2003.
