Dave Smith

Dave Smith is currently an Enterprise Security Architect at Barclays, a position held since 2021. They previously worked at Citigroup as a Systems Development Manager from 1997 to 2008, and served as an IT Security Consultant at Barclays from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Dave held various roles at Barclays UK, including Security and Controls Lead from 2018 to 2022. They began their career as an Open Systems Administrator at Salford City Council in 1996. Dave holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Manufacturing and Management Information Systems from the University of the West of England.
