David Langley

David Langley is the Global Head of Capital Projects Procurement at Barclays, where they focus on integrating procurement best practices with business unit requirements. Previously, David served as a Global Procurement Commodity Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, managing sourcing and contracting for various global projects, and held an Associate Director position at Deloitte UK, where they led strategic initiatives for major clients in the real estate sector. David also has expertise in change management and has presented at industry conferences. They are currently pursuing further education at The University of Liverpool.
