Divya Acharya has accumulated extensive experience in human resources, particularly in employee relations, change management, and workforce restructuring. Most recently, Divya has held the position of Director - Employee Relations, Workforce Change & Restructuring Lead at Barclays, after serving as Vice President of Employee Relations and Change Management. Prior roles include positions in employee relations and change management.
